Onder de titel ‘Dwaaltijd’ tonen 17 leden van de Nederlandse Kring van Beeldhouwers van 13 juni tot en met 31 oktober 2016 hun werk in het Natuur en Cultuurpark Vijversburg. Een prachtige plek om langs beelden te dwalen, te zwerven en te dromen. Het primaire doel van deze tentoonstelling is om mensen monumentale kunst te laten ervaren in een uitgesproken natuurlijke en verwondering opwekkende omgeving, juist ook als ze niet regelmatig een museum bezoeken.

Voor kinderen en jongeren zal er een educatief project worden opgezet, waarbij educatie over de natuur en over de kunst samen gaat. De Nederlandse Kring van Beeldhouwers organiseert regelmatig tentoonstellingen voor haar leden. Zo was in 2012 in Vijversburg de bijzonder succesvolle tentoonstelling ‘Narcissus’ te zien.

Dwaaltijd is de achtste expositie in Park Vijversburg.

Openingstijden theesalon
Iedere zondag van 11.00 – 17.00 uur.
De Theesalon is op paaszondag en paasmaandag geopend vanaf 11.00 uur.

Extra ingang
De in- en uitgang aan de kant van Groene Ster (Frijlân) is in gebruik. U kunt hier met een vriendenpas tot 17:00 uur naar binnen om het park te bezoeken. Deze ingang is speciaal in gebruik genomen om bezoekers, vanuit het gebied Groene Ster, toegang te bieden tot het park. Wanneer u met een kinderwagen of rolstoel het park wilt bezoeken dient u gebruik te maken van de hoofdingang vanaf het parkeerterrein.
